Ownership
Alfdex was founded in 2002 as a joint venture by the two Swedish companies Alfa Laval and Haldex. In 2011 Concentric took over the Haldex holding of the Alfdex shares and the two global companies now share Alfdex AB 50/50. Both owners contribute to Alfdex’ success through extensive knowledge and experience within their fields.
Alfa Laval is a leading global provider of specialized products and engineering solutions and Alfdex bases its solution on Alfa Laval’s key technologies of separation, heat transfer and fluid handling.
Concentric is a global company specializing in fluid dynamics and fluid power technologies, with the aim to provide better fuel economy, reduced emissions, vehicle control and productivity in trucks, buses and off-road vehicles.
Locations
Serving major customers all over the world, Alfdex has its headquarters in Landskrona in the southwest of Sweden.
Here you will find our production, administration and logistics teams. An additional production site is situated in Kunshan, China. Our Research & Development and design departments are located in Tumba outside the Swedish capital of Stockholm. Alfdex benefits from the extensive network of its mother companies to support customers in all parts of the world in a timely and efficient manner.
